A week ago everybody would have cheered from the rooftops that the overhang had gone.
Just because the s/p has bounced a touch mostly grumbles.
Do any cap raise, it is seldom ever at market.
Opportunity was there, get it done, move on. Most of it will probably go into the US anyway.
Yes things are happening, but naive to expect its not going to take time.
No secret agenda, doesn't mean anything about anything else, its just the completion of something that was previously problematic,
Another 100m shares, 10% dilution....big whoop
If they get any kind of approval for anything, nobody will care!!
