737,121,218 shares is the current amount, new shares won't appear until May 1. Pre cap raise shares times 99 cents is $729,750,000 AUD market cap. They said the raise was about 40 million USD after expenses, which means about 60 million AUD. As opposed to 85 cents times 77,083,607 shares to be issued which is $65,521,000 AUD. Brokers and lawyers taking $5 million AUD! Hope that it's less and this is just a big rounding error regarding the stated $40 million USD.

Anyway, with the new cash, if previous market cap reflected company value (ha!), new market cap should be $790,049,000 AUD, and divided by 814,204,825 (new # for total shares) gives us 97 cents per share.

I am not surprised to see the price get dragged closer to the discounted CR price, but I expect to get back to 97 pretty quickly. Meso closed at $3.05 which is 92.5 for MSB. High was 3.19 which is 96.7 for MSB. VWAP was 3.08 or 93.4 for MSB.
