The reason they didn’t do a full trial is they know the results fluctuate with the cells they can’t guarantee consistency how can they as each source has its own attributes and that’s what the fda now and so does SI trying to mine the one data set as consistent. As for efficacy it’s still not massive taking an enormously expensive medication that may work 40-60 percent of the time with varying efficacy is a big ask
all in my opinion which I now is different to yours …. I do note however you have the most wrong person on HC but I’m sure you’re right . Aloha
