Novartis is a huge news. Comparable with Teva several years ago. This time the product is in much more developed stage and ARDS is such a vast market globally that naturally it's hard to put any exact figure on its MSB accounts impacts.
I feel FDA is corrupt or too rigid in approaching new medical paradigm. Or simply not interested enough given Mesoblast has no lever to stimulate them and being a non-american and a small pharma.
