You simply do not need a COO unless the CEO feels they need support and an extra person to drive the vision of the company. I feel Silviu has alot on his plate at the moment and I welcome any help he can get. The role of a COO evolves all the time, what an exciting challenge it is going to be for her and I wish her all the best.
Interesting times ahead.
