Yes, but maybe a little clarification is needed on the logistics regarding when the AA is given.
An AA being granted when you show you can proceed as you have the capital is far more attractive than having to start the trial and then an AA WILL be granted which in turn is far more attractive than start the trial and maybe an AA will be given.
