I don't see anything here that would bring on a partnership. The simple truth is that MSB is in a significantly different position today than it was 2 years ago. We now are within 2 months of being able to refinance our loans on very favourable terms.
Most would consider annalised returns of over $ 100 million as very achievable, this revenue could be used as collateral for attractive loans of up to US $1billion . Instos love this type of investment giveing safe reliable returns of just a few % points above bank notes.
Then as this announcement suggests general alignment with the FDA expectations one could only conclude that SI is confident that a BLA for a CHF indication is highly probable of success. The math for any indication involving CHF is very simple. We would currently have the ability to earn substantial revenue simply by supplying confirmatory trial sights with additional product for commercial use. Just 5 treatments per week over 40 sights by $100,000 $1 billion . That is huge and puts us amongst the big guys when you consider the ability to raise funds.
Remember any partnership needs to be better than above or we will simply progress in a self funded manner.

I would also suggest that a partner would have a very big problem . US government may well say No to a big pharmaceutical attempting to take a monopoly control over what could be described as technology of national importance. They not only need to please SI and GG , they will need to please RFK.
