Again with the comms ... grrr. if you don't put his next destination/goals with these kind of announcements it looks like an involuntary departure. Then people start speculating why ... Assuming that's not the case (CEO provided an endorsement in the statement, albeit quite perfunctory), you need to say 'He is going to pursue opportunities in sector X etc etc.'
