Yes, exactly my point. It wasn't an update because they obviously have no concrete info they can provide as an update!
I have been of the opinion that the next ann from the company needs to be something concrete in regard to results / approval or agreements and seeking an update beyond this would result in fluff such as this.
They have stated that they "Expect" and "Intend" to meet with the FDA for various issues over the next 2 quarters and obviously have no further detail on that.
I agree that they could have used this ann to provide an update in regard to data however they are obviously being vey cautious with their words or they simply don't know.
A timeline would be nice but of course we all know how timelines work out.
