Or we order from Lonza- Third Party pays Lonza- Payer pays Third Party- Third Party pays us.
If the agreed payer price is $700,000 then potentially there are numerous kick backs/rebates in the chain??
Do we have cost of goods PLUS various rebates along the supply chain?
No wonder a straight royalty per sale through an established big pharma is preferable in this area.
