i can go on about multiplicity, p values, null hypotheses, it's been discussed here ad infinitum.
i don't have the time to reply to all of your doom and gloom.
FDA are placing msb to a higher standard, which is a given, once approved there will be a rush of other therapeutic companies lining up for FDA approval.
first of its kind, blah blah blah
we've seen a large amount of other drugs bring approved with less data.
