MSB is saying additional potency assay data used in Pediatric will show it's same as the product to be used in Adult. (sentence ends there) This does not say it will be submitted after the Adult trial is completed.
Maybe grammar needs improvement, but what they are trying to say is product for pediatric and Adult will be same and approval may be forthcoming.
