The fact that the partnership agreement covered ARDS and did not include CHF doesn't tell you whether or not Novartis has any interest in CHF. It just tells you that it wasn't included in that agreement. I will bet you there are many big pharma companies who will have great interest, Novartis included, once these results are thoroughly reviewed.
