For goodness sake @DocMcstuffins. I don't believe I have heard anyone say there shouldn't be a confirmatory trial. But you just keep harping on about the need for one. Of course there needs to be a confirmatory trial. Some people are just very confident that that trial will be successful based on other trials in other countries and and observational studies. Give it a break will you? We KNOW a confirmatory trial is needed hence the current trial.
