N is only 12 if you only look at msb's 12 treated. If you look collectively at all msc trial data for msc treated covid, N is much higher than 12, and patterns start to emerge........
People that have done their due diligence , have surely looked at the other trial results, and bet the farm on the collective results so far, rather than just 12 peoples' result as you put it.
