1. Exposure to patients provides trial opportunities -> lower cost trials -> lower cash burn
2. Exposure to practitioners -> no need for salesforce -> lower cash burn
3. Extra $110m USD not tied to just Rex-L but free deploy funds for Rem-L confirmatory trials
4. Extra exposure to other ortho indications beyond backpain -> increased market opportunities
