The patient has been on the table for years and arrested after Teva went on drugs - now and again the chief surgeon needs to call time out so the anaesthetist can take a toilet break (dial up a CR). There are packs of shorter wolves always waiting for MSB to stumble - the stakes could not be higher!
Try hard to imagine the complexities guys and gals before you get all fired up that the announcement didn't suit you.
