A prudent CR. 1) nothing worse then going insolvent at this late stage because a deal gets delayed last minute as you are almost running on empty. 2) signals to potential partners it to try to starve MSB out as method of negotiating a better deal. Hence MSB is I better position to negotiate a price for whatever it gives away then without the CR
