Why don't you mention me as the one who talked about contractual obligations. I trade in the ASX not US market. My time zone is AST, hence we did not get an announcement util today. They submitted the final BLA on 31 Jan in US. My criticism of Julie Meldrum was on the the language used which was confusing (read my post again). I am entitled to provide criticism and if you want to chastise me by all means do so, but do not hide under the "someone" nonsense.
