Took me a while to figure out what this actually meant (too early for me maybe), but it seems to be an exclusive license to use a technology from Harvard to enhance treatments from MSB's MPCs, particularly in targeting Diabetes.
Not sure why this is not price sensitive, but does beg the question what are the terms (i.e. cost), and when might we be using it.
