news article reports on how stem cells have been used and appear to have helped in china. nothing to do with msb apart from to say msb may benefit.
announcement is that msb plans to evaulate its own treatment and is in active discussions with regulatory authorities, governments, pharmaceuticals and medical institutions. so there is a difference in that.
this could be really big news especially if it gets pushed through and approved.
