after years of perparation to FDA approval it seems to me that resubmission was not ready to go, else why has it taken so long to plate up another go?

FDA, sure have timetables but this is long long over due to make another appiontment. All of which makes me non trusting of FDA nor MSB approach, will will just become a professonal Driller in mining terms, ie never into prodcution, a R&D only instituition. only funded by faithful shareholder like me, ie chaity donation
