Am I missing something.... is this an actual fact or an assumption?


Like I posted .... from the publicly available information it is a fact and we know the company hasn't said otherwise and they certainly haven't updated the FDA clinical website from "Not Yet Recruiting" status so again it is a fact until we are told otherwise so it looks like you're 'missing something'.


How hard is it to put out a simple announcement advising that the first or (say) the first 10 patients in the CLBP trial have been dosed ..... Mesoblast has announced similar to the market previously and we know they are ok with a one paragraph simple announcement after Monday's weak effort about the delayed BLA resubmission so I stand by my comments as publicly known facts until the company says otherwise - just sayin'
