C'mon peeps.
Remember what happened at the previous CRL/initial BLA.
MSB used a professional publisher to get the documents in order for the submission.
I bet the timeline slipped by, and MSB only recieved confirmation from the publisher after COB US time that either it is ready or is ready Monday etc, hence words to the effect " we have confirmed we will publish CRL next week ".
Holding my breath for the CLBP update. Last updated in March.. Supposed to have started in May.
Company might be waiting to announce this in the quarterly.
