@csrwin I have put it down to bureaucrats trying to make themselves look masterful, when in fact they have close to NFI.
Once they have pulverised MSB into submission, oh FDA you are the powerful one, you control our destinies, please help us see the way...
then they will pivot and approve. It's all about ego preservation. They cannot hold MSB down forever and MSB will go the legal route if necessary.
