Yes, that's exactly what I said.
Someone said the FDA says the cells work.
What they actually said was it hasn't been proven that they work yet, due to the potency issues.
Right now, at this stage - the cells haven't been proven to work.
Again, very simple train of logic. How you guys tie your shoes in the morning is beyond me.
