My point is more related to not being able to measure what wasn't counted in the first place. I'm making a big assumption here but if MSB had sufficiently collected the data required to prove the assays then this wouldn't be a point to discuss. You can't collect data about a manufacturing process after the fact. Either you know what your measuring and you collect the data during the process or you don't.
