I think people have a right to be upset though, there's a lot to process about this given the management were confirming mortality rates in the control group of 60%+ a month or two ago when white papers had it closer to 35%-50%. Re-read the Bayesian analysis thread - HC posters correctly identified the risks in advance.
In the long term, the effect of this on the company is not that much for profitability etc. but it is very significant for larger approvals on MSC therapies etc. trust in the product.
