...vis a vis ARDS and rem-L don't forget long term damage to lungs. Alveolar scarring, laying down collagen etc all dependent on modulating the immune response early to minimise long term chronic debilitation. Just another wild card in this saga. Early days yet. ...but don't spoil a good boo-hoo with science I guess... when science, cash, death, health, politics and emotion collide, you end up with some weird cult I suppose... breathe, walk, stare at clouds.
