The cost in comparison with the lost lives, times in hospitals, and more importantly complete recovery. Focus on survival rates only tells half the story. If patients cannot fully recover it's a colossal loss.
The way you tell the story it's as if you cannot understand the difference between the long term and the short term.
LT MSB will prevail. IMO.
