I am so very sorry for your loss. It is very painful.
I made for me, a very large loss today. I decided to sell out as there are other opportunities.
My husband thought I should have held, but as he said in the beginning. It is my baby.
I agree with your thoughts that it could take quite some time to recoup.
So I reluctantly sold.
I am planning on possibly just buying a small holding if the price drops.
But for all you holding I hope it doesn't.
