don't know if ad is entirely to blame, plenty of attitude from ucl aswell plus i expect no option of a potential merger where ucl doesn't have control of the project.
two parties both wanting to run the project, two parties who won't hand over their share of the project to the other.
blame 50:50, to think otherwise you have your ucl colored glasses on. imo.
