re: Ann: Message to Shareholders & December 2... Agree. Molopo must seek for expirienced JV partner elsewhere - in Permian basin and also in Bakken/Midale Sask. Another way is sale a part of leaseholds for OORI, or liquidation of company and return of capital to us shareholders.
Little reminder:
MPO had ( thanks to the old management and board) after sale of Spearfish acreage to Legacy 90MM cash and another about 70MM in LEG shares. Plus last sale in Queensland for 42MM. At the year end about 72MM in cash. So the new management achieved production rate about 1000 boed investing 130MM!!! That´s crazy and COO would be fired by the hour at least. And no next wasting of shareholders money, establish JV with EOG/AREX/BHP in Permian, Legacy/Petrobakken in Midale, then comp. can decrease salary for uncompetent technical team...
