Interesting story here and it is more of a turn around play to me. The gold is obviously there with samples proving that but the process issues let it down in the past. I’m becoming more and more confident that processing issue has been rectifyed and freeing the gold sorted. If the scaled up process output is anything close to the sample returns then there is large profitability in this stock.
OGX need to show grades from tailings throughput to really confirm the process issue is sorted and if that works then they have ~$10m - $15m of dug ore sitting there already. Plus freshly mined ore that is being stockpiled
Alex Molyneux knows Jeremy Gray and rates him quite highly in the gold space, reckons he’s tight with money, flys economy kind of guy. He has refocussed everything on getting OGX mining profitably. Time will tell however risk/reward is pretty good I think
