They're certainly no slouches in the spending department.
I've always thought that they'd set up the company with staffing and remuneration at the level you'd expect at a more mature stage.
It's a valid strategy I suppose, meaning once things start to gain momentum, there won't be any bottlenecks or delays to slow things down but tthe CRs have come thick and fast as a result.
It'd be nice of we can avoid any more big one's.
