Some brief thoughts for those interested - I had a conversation with a doctor who's been using one of the devices recently just to try and get more of a feel for how people were finding it. Overall it seems to have been a very positive experience. Not that the below points will be overly new to anyone however I always find it good to get feedback from people who are much closer to the technology than myself:

• She seemed to think it is/will become the gold standard in picking up subclinical disease and if detected early, it is possible to prevent lymphedema
• An interesting comment that on average women tend to take their health much more seriously than men and also seem to get more or less unlimited funding, so ultimately even if the benefit were only marginal, she expects that there will be a good chance it will become standard practice in all first world countries eventually.

Hopefully this is somewhat interesting/helpful. It certainly made me more optimistic about our chances.
