Yes it is a new business but has two of the old KTG directors with millions of new sign on shares and free oppies and all the gravy that goes with it. The old mgt just makes potentially millions whilst old share holders bent over and properly reamed. In saying that I have been buying aggressively on market hopefully recovering something of my previous mis investment. CEO John Barnes is impressive
