it would have to be a license as trying to settle on a one-off fee would be almost impossible - otherwise a one-fee for a license into perpetuity would be a very bad business decision tantamount to a failure of the Board to advance the company - where any such decision could make directors liable for future losses that would be easy to show as flowing were such a decision consumated in a deal...

a normal business decision is only through licensing for a fee(s) - I have done quite a bit of licensing work over the years, and I can see no other prudent alternative - if there is something in the wings about to conclude that is - time shall tell, as usual
