re: Ann: Metal Storm, DSTO and Airtronic USA,... It's not so far removed from reality, Remastered. I hold Unilife. (UNS) Not a cross-promotion. They produce retractable prefilled safety syringes. The terms of the Licensing Agreement with their pharma partner, Sanofi, and others to follow, is that when the prefill safety syringe is filled with the specific pharma drug, the pharma licensee pays all go to market costs including FDA approval.

Unlike what you are suggesting, the Exclusive License Agreement is just that - you want access to the technology, you pay for it. There are no rebates involved for paying certification costs. Simply a matter of negotiating the best deal for shareholders!

If Airtronic want the product, in this case MST technology, they pay the Exclusive License fee for their specific application, and they also pay the certification costs for the "privilege" of having access to the technology.

Don't see why this model couldn't work for MST.
