There is another way of looking at the current acceptances and
that is that over 22% have accepted and 78% to go, not 78% refusal,
that 78 is a simplistic maths
That figure will be a lot lower the next time the notice comes out.
The longer this deal takes, the greater the NME debt, in the end the offer
could yet be revised down or maybe bankruptcy proceedings against NME.
for dereliction of JV financing.
Or maybe MCT could lift the offer, but I doubt it, I wouldn't.
