    Currently the JV terms of 51/49 have not changed and will remain so
    until NME reneges or is not in a financial position to meet its financial
    obligations under the terms of the JV agreement and that is when
    the JV equity percentage will likely change.
    At present, while NME is hiring lawyers and expert advisers and racking up
    unnecessary debt, to save their own outstanding accumulated fees, the SHs
    are the ones being let down, IMO if the directors fees were not a thing
    this deal would have been all over bar the shouting.
