I believe the deal is more than sufficient, considering NME debt and effectively NME only now holding 38.21% in the JV and decreasing.
(JV payments are made via equity and increasing TO acceptances). MCT would also have issued or soon to issue invoice for RC and Diamond drilling. IMO dont see how NME would be able to pay currently judging by the latest financials and audit concerns.
