Yes, that could be the reason. I've seen some gold projects initially they only got 0.5g/ton for a while. Than it turned out to be one of top grade gold project. They have supportive share holders and no problem raising any capital.
IMHO it will be a bit more challenging for MCT due to its past history. Last capital raising at 0.7c, I think they only raised $290K.
If results are great, than could turn this company around. Unfortunately results are not as good so far.
Interestingly, NME share price never move an inch (before and after drill result). Further, NME still haven't announce MCT's drill results as yet. MCT called trading halt, but NME still haven't announce anything. Sleeping at wheel?
