I will hold my 6.5M share until next Q1 and will probably sell everything. Management is so incompetent. Big lesson is that I should check the quality of management. My biggest disapointment is their salary, I am working hard and evry year I have to have performance review but look at their salary, their salary is like top tier company's and this is really serious as we cannot stop their remuneration adoption from GM. I only hope a big company buy mct and kick out the current managment.
