You don't have to offer solutions in order to be qualified in pointing out problems. A member of the public doesn't have to offer engineering solutions in order to point out that a bridge is collapsing. These posts are needed to keep everybody sober and cautious in this end of the market, lest they get burnt early in their investment careers. Just relax and discuss the stock.
