Whether or not I am happy with the related party transactions is of no account.
Are the regulators willing to take action is the important question.
I notice on this thread that there is an unrealistic view of TO regulation.
The reality is that pretty much anything goes, regulators are hands off.
I have seen some very unfair actions taken over the years with retail holders up in arms but zero action has been taken.
Retailers like us do not have much of a voice and our best interests are often ignored.
