anyone notice that NME have finally called the AGM? March 28th.
interesting to note that they have included the proposed resolutions to add the MCT nominated personnel to the board but have not included the proposed resolutions to dismiss the existing directors. I’d have assumed they need to include all of them??
in any case, we have a date for the showdown. A shame it would be held only virtually over Teams and not in person. Oh to be a fly on the (virtual) wall.
