There was a 2 year escrow on 77,960,000 MTE shares that MLM held. They came out of escrow on 4th December 2011. They could have sold I guess 2,040,000 shares at higher prices but they didn't. Then again, selling 2 million odd shares at a higher price would have spooked the market earlier. It's just an unfortunate relationship MTE has with MLM. In time, this relationship will grow apart. All the selling was done off-market. The one to RBS and the one to DADI. When the off Market transfer happened with RBS in the middle of December it looked as if shareholders either panicked or it was orchestrated. Hard to really say what really went on but a good 3.5 million shares changed hands on market that day.

There is still good news coming within the next 6 months. I wouldn't put past a takeover by some Chinese company should 3TL get the go ahead.

For now it's in no man's land.
