David Barwick, Andrew L Gillies and John K Haley are all directors of both MTE, MLM and pretty much a swell of MLM's minor interests, how would you propose of getting rid of all three...

As a former holder of both I found the whole process disappointing how they always updated their cash and listed investments to the market and mentioned no desire of selling MTE.. All the MLM holders crowed about the vaule of MLM v MTE when the latter was at $1, then why then and there didn't the directors sell to max their returns.. I thought it was shameful to sell where they did, and then to say they would escrow their shares and then offload some more to DADI. Granted at least this time it was done off market..

I'm still reviewing another position in MTE given strong showings and corporate interest but don't like the MLM cloud at the moment....
