This CR ignores the normal shareholder, and reduces their equity.

PEN recently did a much fairer capital raise, offering existing shareholders entitlement to buy a good percentage of the new shares to 61% of their exiting share holding plus options at 2 for 1 option. The CR was well notified and allowed weeks to complete. The buy price was 0.02c at on sp 0.026 announcement, after it was driven up on a pump. Shareholders felt that they could be part of the rise, though retailers took out a chunk of new shares early on.
I would buy another mil at .01.. Seems we are ignored.
